WHITE SUMMER DRESS

White dress for summer is a must-have essential. Be it a vacation or have a wedding to attend or a date a white dress pulls out different occasions. A white summer dress is perfect for a day by the pool and still appropriate for city days and running errands. There are a variety of white dresses available in different brands and stores. You must choose your white dress very wisely.

How I chose my white dress
I chose my white dress by its appearance, length, fabric ( sustainable) and price point. These features do affect the utility and timelessness. Summer is a time where we want comfort more than only looking good from outside. Natural and breathable fabrics make you feel and look good. I prefer my white dress to be in cotton or linen fabric with calf length with a feminine appearance. This dress had all the features so I got this dress.

About this dress-
This pretty calf length dress has a textured cotton weave with embroidery at the top. It has V- neck and double layered bodice with scalloped edges front and back. It has long sleeves with pintuck detailing and narrow buttoned cuffs. As in it has a seam at the waist which is cinched, a concealed zip is given in one side. It has a flared skirt which is lined and not sees through at all. Fabric and Lining are 100% cotton. It’s cutwork double-layered bodice gives it a vintage feel too, which I feel is very romantic and perfect to carry for a date. I can say it’s a versatile dress in a really affordable price of ₹3000 (Approx $50).

How I styled-
I really like to dress up feminine but minimal. Because I wanted to create a wedding guest appropriate look, I styled it with my favourite pearl earrings and pearl barrettes with minimal makeup. I wore my basic beige block heels ( switch heels to sliders if you’re wearing this dress for a beach day) and took my favourite jute bag for a summery touch. I can definitely say, it was so effortless to style this dress. This is the reason I love this silhouette so much, most graceful and effortless.
