Transitional date outfits because with the change of every season, we need to change our wardrobe as well, not entirely but specific changes according to the weather. It’s the time summer to go which means warmer noons but a little colder nights. In that case, we neither can wear bodycon dresses, mini dresses nor can overburden ourselves with overcoats. So I created two transitional date outfits which aren’t only feminine and chic but also comfortable and warmer. And the biggest plus is, you don’t have to splurge money for these looks.
Long Sleeves Blouse Time
Although I love crop tops I’m also a big fan of a long-sleeved blouse. Because of the arrival of fall, of course, but also they are effortless to style if you choose your blouse correctly. Whichever season it is, cotton blouses are all-time comfortable and chic, that’s why it’s smarter to invest in some cotton blouse pieces.
So I’ve styled two long-sleeved blouses keeping the transition in mind and also comfort is my priority with the feminine style.
- Blouse styled with the Skirt
For the first outfit, I paired my white jacquard blouse with a cotton créped calf-length skirt which does give this outfit the monochrome look. This pair was looking like a midi Victorian dress and I was so enchanted that I took pictures without pairing any jewellery or accessories with. Afterwards, I paired my shell jewellery set and it was too feminine. Pairing with a white or nude pair of sandals will be just fine. So, it covered most of the parts of the body which was warmer. You can easily create such looks by your existing closet and don’t have to shop from a new end. You can also try a different look of this blouse.
- Blouse Styled with the Flared Jeans
For this look, I chose my favourite eyelet cotton blouse. I love its ruffles on the front. I got this blouse on discount as well so the joy is bigger. I would also suggest you, girls, too that if you like something, save it in the wish list and check for the discount time. And also go for long-lived fabrics like cotton, linen, hemp, cupro and silk because they have a longer life in comparison of unsustainable fabrics. Be a smart shopper and consumer, consume less but quality.
So, I paired this cotton blouse with my beige cotton flared jeans, it also looking slightly monochrome because of the light. For the jewellery, I went only for my shell earrings. Of course pairing with my beige sandals. With minimal makeup and hair, I was date ready.
USE YOUR CLOSET UTMOST
With the race of fast fashion, don’t forget to wear your previously purchased clothes. You can still create unnumbered new looks by mix and match wisely. Spend your hard-earned money by giving it a good thought. I would say don’t spend but invest. I don’t want to stretch this article longer so I would talk about investing or how investing is different than the spending or splurging.
