I’ve been wanting a wrap dress since it got into the ss19 trends. But I wasn’t able to find one which suits me. Finally, I got this leopard wrap over the dress which is quite similar to Riverisland wrap over dress. It’s very pretty and breezy at the same time. There are multiple dresses available in this pattern but its leopard print and beige colour make it different.
About this dress
This is a knee length dress with short sleeves. The fabric has a chiffon crêpe pattern. Its wrap ties at the waist which a band. Its asymmetrical hem makes it look even prettier which is longer at the back. It doesn’t have the lining but it’s not see through. The only thing I wish is, it would have been way better if it had linen or cotton fabric. But now onwards, I’ve decided to shop according to sustainability on priority. But still, there are ways to treat such fabrics in order to maintain harmfulness for the environment.
How I styled the dress
I styled this dress again in a feminine way, keeping the wedding guest look in mind. I think this dress will be really graceful and prettier one for summer weddings. And it’s really easy to style effortlessly. It took me only 5 minutes to Style this dress with some pearl earrings, white satchel bag and my all-time saviour beige block heels. I mean, what else I could desire if I’m running late and still could cover any event or wedding by getting dressed up in less than 5 minutes. This dress would be appropriate for dates also. So, I find this dress very useful too. I’ve a summer dress also which is kind of the same for such days.
I went for the smallest size available which was 4 and true to size. Being a petite and pear shape, it’s perfect for me. Anything works better for a pear shape if it cinches at the waist. Jumpsuits are also good for pear shape if it has a tie at the waist. I always prefer outfits which has space for comfortability and style both and this dress has got that.
